She was polite and friendly and and explained well the procedure. She was ready to answer any of my questions. I trusted her and had confidence in her.

It has been a highly satisfactory process. Documentation is very helpful, but even more so has been the questions about symptoms and the priority one would place them in. This has made me think much more about the condition and its effects, rather then just accepting that I seem to have little control over the situation even with medication, and that it is something I just have to accept as a fact of life.
