Fiona Lamb is an advanced clinical hypnotherapist based at The Hale Clinic, Harley Street. Hypnotherapy is a type of complementary medicine that uses hypnosis to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility during which the therapist will use positive imagery and suggestions to help the client deal with their concerns. Fiona specialises in anxiety, addictions, emotional eating and insomina. She is trained in a variety of techniques and tried and tested methods and has worked with over a thousand clients. 

Fiona has had her own personal experience of suffering from anxiety and insomnia. Hypnotherapy helped her to overcome these issues and consequently became the catalyst for her training to be a hypnotherapist and helping others. As a result of her own personal experience, she has a reputation amongst her clients as being extremely empathetic. As well as individual hypnotherapy she runs retreats throughout the year and also teaches other people training to be hypnotherapists. She has worked with high profile clients and is frequently featured in the national press.

I initially started seeing Fiona as part of a work based well being/self care approach during lock down. I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of the sessions. It has completely changed my life! The sessions tapped into areas that I hadn't even realised needed addressing. Fiona really uses a holistic approach in her therapy sessions. Because of lockdown, my sessions were done remotely via Zoom, which actually worked really well, as i managed to fit the sessions between work and child care.

I have had three online sessions with Fiona which I have enjoyed and which have been extremely helpful. I found her to be very sympathetic and approachable. I wasn’t sure about having the sessions online but feel that they worked very well.

I found Fiona's online sessions extremely beneficial and have since recommended them to others. I experienced a significant shift after only the second session, as did my friend when he subsequently worked with Fiona on my recommendation. These sessions took place last summer and I can confirm that we have both found the effects to be long lasting! Be prepared that if your sessions are like mine, you'll start off speaking with Fiona sitting up like a normal video chat and then she'll probably ask you to lie down, so I found it useful to start off sitting on my bed and have the laptop in a good position to easily move between sitting and lying. I also found it helpful to use headphones and to make sure the microphone was near my mouth so I didn't have to think about speaking loud enough to be heard during the sessions. But just ask Fiona if you have any questions or are feeling anxious - I found her very open and willing to help and would highly recommend giving hypnotherapy with her a try!

Working with Fiona was a very powerful experience. I worked with Fiona because I was very interested in working on stage fright and confidence. After one session I feel totally different on stage and feel more confident at work. As a stand up comedian this has been profound for me! I can not recommend this service enough.

A truly transformational experience. At first I was a little apprehensive as I was doing my sessions via Skype rather than at Fiona’s clinic, but the hypnotherapy worked perfectly. I had a fear of public speaking and couldn’t speak without my voice shaking, but after just 3 sessions I can say that Fiona has totally transformed my outlook. Following my final session I had a presentation and was completely in control of my voice and the rate I was speaking; can’t wait to do it again. I really couldn’t recommend Fiona enough!

I am so thankful to have found such an accomplished hypnotherapist after so many wasted sessions with previous therapists and a lot of wasted money. I love the Mind Detox app too! Well done and thanks again!
