Miss Santhini Jeyarajah is a General Surgeon specialising in lower GI surgery. She qualified from Nottingham University Medical School before completing higher surgical training in the Northeast Thames region, with a final year devoted to specialty laparoscopic training. During this time she also earned a research degree in Diverticular Disease and Epidemiology from King's College London. Her interests include surgery related to colorectal cancer treatment, inflammatory bowel disease, gallbladder disease and hernia repair, along with all minor proctological conditions. She is an expert in Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery, Appendectomy, Hernia Surgery, Cholecystectomy, Bowel Resection (open and laparoscopic), Endoscopy and Coloproctology. Miss Jeyarajah has worked in both the private and public sectors.

In addition to her academic credentials, Miss Jeyarajah has experience in design and project management for surgical simulation applications used both for educational purposes and theatre workflow settings. She is currently a faculty member of CCrISP, ATLS and Basic Surgical Skills course. She also forms part of the National Surgical Higher Training Selection Committee, and is a Fellow of the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of England. She is highly praised by her colleagues and patients for her skill and dedication to her work; her priority is providing comprehensive care for each individual.
