Very professional and put my mind at ease

I attended a hand and wrist orthopaedic clinic appointment for numbness and tingling in my arm, as well as numbness in my hand. Dr Kulkarni was kind and friendly, and immediately made me feel at ease. He took the time to ask detailed questions about my symptoms, including how long I had been experiencing them, whether they were improving, and if I was still having the same issues. He also carried out a few physical tests during the consultation. I really appreciated how clearly he explained my imaging results and the underlying cause of my symptoms. Everything was communicated in a way that was easy to understand, which helped reduce any anxiety I had beforehand. By the end of the appointment, I felt reassured and confident that my condition was improving. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I felt listened to and well cared for.
