Mr Jay Finikin is a Senior MSK Physiotherapist and Regional Lead at Bodyset in Kings Cross, Farringdon, and Camden.

He has over 8 years of experience in private physiotherapy with expertise in the following areas:

• Acute injury management
• Occupational health and return-to-work management
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Sports and recreational injuries
• Long-term persistent pain management

He has a passion for helping his patients recover from their injuries and get back to doing the activities they enjoy. He has particular experience in managing acute injuries as a sports medic for a number of rugby teams.

Mr Finikin gained his bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from the University of Otago in 2014. In 2017, he obtained a certificate of proficiency in work rehabilitation from the same university.

Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, running, travelling across Europe, and spending time with friends.
