Dr Jason took time to explain to me the risk involved and chances of success. I had a retinal detachment which he fixed and can see again.

One of the best Doctors, I have come across. Extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. Will recommend any time.

Dr Ho has successfully operated on my retinal detachment. He is a highly competent and caring surgeon who saved my eye-sight. The care I was given was excellent and I can recommend him highly as a surgeon.

Jason Ho is an absolute Super Star! And Katie Sherwood, Jason's secretary is not far behind! After explaining my symptoms to Katie, she was able to get me an emergency appointment with Jason on the same day and Jason quickly and skilfully diagnosed a cornea infection that had been missed by my optician on two appointments the previous week. My left eye was inflamed, watery with blurry vision and a sensitivity to light......I literally could not look up towards the sky :-( Jason is not only an amazing eye doctor, he is calm, courteous and explained my diagnosis with clear instructions on how to use antibiotic eye drops. Had I not have seen Jason, there was also the potential risk of developing an ulcer on my eye that could lead to blindness. I am so grateful to both Jason and Katie for being so attentive and kind with two follow up appointments and I am delighted to say that a month later, I now have a happy eye cured of infection, back to wearing contact lenses (and mascara and eye liner.......) and feeling like a new woman again!

Mr Jason ho was very professional in all areas from start to finish, just some things to think about trying to choose the right lens was a bit worrying but Jason helped with this just listening to your life style. I had normal lens fitted to my left eye and had a misting about 5 hours after surgery that freaked me out . On calling Jason he was straight back on the phone to calm me down and then called me the next morning at 7.00 to check things had returned to normal . I have good distance vision now but have lost a bit of close up like vision reading , looking at my phone that was ok before. You have to make sacrifices to achieve your best outcome that suits your life style, even with my new new lens I get a halo with the new lens in dark conditions but it’s not the end of the world as my vision has drastically improved on normal distance. In a nutshell mr Jason ho is the guy to use for you surgery and he will definitely do a great job but he is not a wizard that can remedy everything. James D.

Recently had a bilateral Cataract surgery with Dr.Jason Ho. He is a great doctor with a very pleasant, welcoming, warm and reassuring personality and the whole procedure was a stress free, comfortable and positive experience from start to finish. Thank you Dr, Ho! I will certainly recommend him to anyone with similar problem!!!

I had superb treatment from Mr Jason Ho and the team at the RBH , after seeing Mr Ho on Wednesday 2nd of March he operated on my right eye on Friday March 4th , my operation was painless and my eyesight has improved and the follow up treatment as been superb , I cannot thank Mr Ho enough for my treatment.

Without being detrimental to any staff at the RBH Opthalmology dept, Dr Ho was the first member of staff to interact with me and my condition as a single entity. He treated me with respect, courtesy and humility at all times, whilst also explaining the processes and ramifications of the surgery he proposed. Admittedly, my surgery outcome is not perfect, but its a hell of a lot better than the shitty mess that I had been left with over the previous 12months. I would like to thank Dr Ho for his help and request that the hospital contact me to discuss why I had been treated to such appalling levels of care over the last 12 months. I have been seen by numerous members of the opthalmology team in eye casualty and have been made to feel like a piece of faeces on their shoes. I didn't want to bother your staff, but I had no where else to go. The fear of going blind or losing my sight to the degree of losing my independence and subsequently losing access to my children is unbearable for most people to contemplate, but for me it is a reality, so a little bit of compassion would've meant the world to me...... Thanks DR Ho you've given me a bit of hop back.👍

I cannot recommend Mr Jason Ho enough. He examined me in the morning and said he would do an emergency surgery on my eye that afternoon. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly and I was blessed to have him. What a gentleman!
