Dr Savin was incredibly friendly and professional. He provided detailed explanations using print outs as well as models. It was clear he has vast experience and really put me at ease. Even usually painful tests were smooth and left me with a very positive overall experience.

I attended Lumen in February 2024, for Lumen 3 assessment. I was received by Connor, nurse, immediately on arrival who explained the programme for the day. Every aspect of examination and investigations ran smoothly, to time and in a very professional manner. Dr Savin met with me on 2 occasions during the day, and impressively had almost all results to hand by our final meeting in the afternoon. At first, I felt somewhat anxious, but Dr. Savin quickly put me at ease. I deeply appreciated his extensive expertise, honed through years of medical practice and experience. His approachable, friendly, and caring personality made the entire experience exceptional.

What can I say about Dr Savin (and his Lumen practice): "simply the best. " I've been visiting Dr Savin for an MRI full medical assessment for the last 15 years. Being adopted, without family history, this preventive MOT was much needed. It was a relief first time around to discover that so far all was well. I have returned to be reassessed every 3-4 years. I've just had my fourth assessment (over due as a result of the pandemic). This time a number of things that needed addressing urgently were discovered and Dr Savin prepared a plan to ensure that these issues were sorted. Referrals to the top experts in their field to investigate further and dedicated support during the further assessments. Dr Savin offers a first class service that is in a league of its own. If you are able to take up the opportunity to have a screening you won't regret it. His practice is at the cutting edge of preventative medicine with the latest equipment and technology to ensure no stone is left unturned. If there are any issues, the diligent, on going support is amazing and couldn't be bettered. When you buy a car it isn't just the vehicle you judge it is also the after sales service - Dr Savin's is first class. Finally, on a personal note an intervention by Dr Savin made, referring me to another doctor for help has had a huge impact on my quality of life. This intervention wasn't made after a state of the art machine highlighted an issue. It was made during a face to face discussion about my mental health and poor stress management. Sadly, it took me three years to act on his referral but when I needed it I was able to follow the advice and it has literally changed my life. I kick myself for leaving it so long as I've wasted three years. If I'd been more honest with Dr Savin during my previous assessments I would have enjoyed the last fifteen odd years far more - but better late than never. My only sadness is that as yet our wonderful NHS doesn't have the resources to offer everyone this opportunity but fingers crossed in the future everyone will find a way to visit 'their' Dr Savin. If you run a successful business perhaps you could provide for your staff a screening at Lumen - they will be grateful forever and you never know you may just save a life.
