So far I have had a very good experience with Dr Pakrashi. My first appointment was face to face and arranged by his PA Harriet within 4 days of my initial contact. He checked me over and gave a good and calm explanation of my condition and the various possible treatment pathways depending on the outcome of a number of tests. The tests were arranged within twelve days including an MRI, ECHO and ECG the results of which have been explained in follow up calls . These are now being used for the next steps regarding more targeted medication and treatment options. He has a good network with other specialists to call upon for specific investigations or treatments and during the process he has kept my GP fully informed with written reports.

Dr Pakrashi was recommended to my mum by her consultant cardiologist. She has been in his care as a heart patient with complex health issues over several months now, including during these challenging times of Covid-19 when he has remained in touch with us through regular telephone consultations managing her care and progress. He has a wonderful respectful and caring manner and has quickly gained the trust and confidence in his knowledge and expertise of both my mum and the whole family during his care of her. We recommend him highly.

Both my wife, who is Tamesh Pakrashi's patient, and I have experienced far too many consultants' appointments over the years so it is not without a fair knowledge of them that I am writing this review. My wife was rushed into hospital with suspected sepsis two months ago. After her discharge our GP suggested that she saw a cardiologist and recommended Dr Pakrashi whom we met the following week. From the moment that he greeted us, he has been charming, very thorough and the most courteous consultant whom we have met for a very long time. His attention to detail, explanations for wanting tests and what they entail have been very reassuring as was his reason for suggesting that my wife saw a chest specialist as well. He has discussed the results of all the tests with us and has backed-up these meetings with easily understandable letters. His very efficient and extremely pleasant and patient secretary, Harriet Moogridge, has been tremendous in every way, not only arranging appointments and tests but also keeping us informed about everything that has been happening.
