I was unsure going into the process as had been told I had IBS for years and was frustrated nothing was changing. After seeing Dr Anderson he firstly made me feel really calm and safe at all times and as someone with health anxiety this was so important for me! But also really quickly got me a diagnosis and solution so I am super grateful. Some of the tests I was super worried about but he made them a painless and positive experience.

I know within the first 3 minutes whether or not I will request to see a doctor again. I have a range of complex things that may or may not be interlinked and in those initial few minutes, I really just need an attentive, empathetic listener and Dr. Anderson was all those things. And then he explained all his thinking and next steps super clearly, and with a smile!
