I have met with Doctor Petkar on a number of occasions both within NHS and privately and have always found him to be extremely personable and helpful.

Dr Petkar was patient, understanding and fully explained his suggestions for the way forward. I was not rushed and was encouraged to ask any questions that I had.

I was made to feel at ease from the start of the consultation and everything was explained in layman’s term which made it easy to understand.

Dr Petkar listened to what I had to say. And explained in detail the tests and procedures that may be carried out.

It was well worth waiting the extra time to see Dr Petkar. He was very pleasant, caring and understanding my health situation. He had time to discuss as well as listen to what I was telling him regarding my previous treatment on the NHS where the hospital discharged me leaving me just in the care of my own GP with no forward plan. I am now awaiting an Echocardiogram and a 7 day heart tape to be fitted to further check my heart.
