Very brilliant, helpful and comprehensive doctor found the light and hope for a new life, took very seriously my health problems and gave immediate solution, compared to NHS health care and GP which totally neglected me with long waiting times, while I become hopeless and let alone in my suffering.

This was my first meeting with Dr Rishi Goel. Before my appointment I was feeling extremely anxious and nervous. However, his informal manner immediately put me at ease. We talked about my home, Fiji, which he had visited as a young medical student; this made me quite relaxed and not afraid to talk about my current problems. I felt that here was someone who was really interested to get to know his patients. He has excellent bedside manners.

I found Dr Goel to be clear and concise with a relaxed and reassuring manner. At no point did I feel there were any unanswered questions, and I felt at ease and cared for at all times.

I found Dr Goel to be very approachable, helpful and most reassuring. I was in no doubt that I was in the most caring and safest of hands. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Goel. I had total confidence in him. I would add that his secretary Cath is a pleasure to deal with.

Very helpful, Dr Rishi took the time to listen to my medical history with my acid reflux, prescribed me some new medication and we have a bit of a plan. I feel more positive since seeing him and would recommend Dr Rishi to others.

It was a very pleasant experience meeting with Dr Goel. His manner makes one feel very at ease, so able to ask any questions one might feel difficult about asking.
