Dr. Richard Turner is a Consultant Dermatologist and dermatological surgeon with a special interest in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer, with particular skill in complex skin surgery, Moh's surgery and mole/melanoma assessment and treatment. Dr. Turner achieved his primary medical qualification (MB BCh) at the University of Wales College of Medicine in 1989. He is now the Chairman of the Skin Cancer Multidisciplinary Team and Clinical Director of Specialist Medicine at Oxford University Hospitals Foundation Trust. Dr. Turner also supports the general dermatology service with a particular interest in male genital disease.

Dr Turner totally put me at ease during both the consultation and the procedure itself, and I didn’t even feel a thing with the anaesthetic as it was carefully administered. That was the part I was worried about the most! Enjoyed talking with him during the procedure and felt well supported by him and the whole team, who were lovely! Looking forward to everything settling down from the Mohs surgery in a few weeks’ time too and have full instructions for follow-up care. Thanks for looking after me!

The whole experience was absolutely outstanding ,the care was superb, I was made to feel very relaxed throughout the whole process. I was extremely nervous about procedure beforehand but as soon as i was introduced to Dr Turner I felt completely at ease. Many thanks to the whole team.
