Rich is a top guy and an exceptional therapist! His unique style is far removed from the stagnant, clinical stereotype often associated with psychologists. Positive, empathetic, a great listener and very knowledgeable-it feels very easy and very comfortable ‘off loading’ to him. Rather than dwelling on past events, Rich focusses more on the here and now. I leave each session feeling re-energised and focussed, armed with lots of ideas and strategies for improvement and progression. I thoroughly recommend him.

I have been seeing Rich for a while now. He is excellent: empathetic, excellent theoretical knowledge, and looks for creative solutions. Always seeking to improve the service he provides. Could not speak more highly of him.

Richard has been fantastic. He really listens to you and sees you for all of who you are, not just your medical history. I have learnt so much about myself and how to cope with my pain in his sessions. It really has been eye-opening and extremely helpful.
