Dr Rakshit gave me excellent care from start to finish. She was an incredibly careful listener, meticulously noting down my symptoms and discussing the possible causes. She communicated clearly and considerately and I never felt uncomfortable, despite having some fairly personal and intimate problems. She also gave me useful advice about the differing options for my care so that I could make some informed choices. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Without falling into the trap of sounding over enthusiastic I would like to say that I found Dr Rakshit to be thorough, professional, personable and reassuring. She was very easy to talk to, listened to what I had to say while sorting the important from the less so and explained what procedures she was recommending. Subsequent assessment of what was ailing me and a way forward was well given.

Had a very efficient initial consultation, Dr Rakshit gave me advice and all the options open to me. I then had a Ct scan and a follow up appointment with Dr Rakshit all of the above was undertaken within 10 days and at every step of the way I felt well informed.

I have just finished my treatment under Dr Rakshit's care in which I was diagnosed with Barrett's oesphagus. The gastroscopy and endoscopy and subsequent biopsies were as comfortable as I suppose these things can be. everything was well explained and in terms and diagrams I could understand. I was very well looked after and I couldn't recommend Dr Rakshit more highly but then again she was recommended to me.

I am pleased to state that my experience with the Dr Reshma Rkshit was reassuring and provided great understanding at a time when many thoughts were spinning in my mind. Proactive action in ensuring an available procedure was made available to me at the very earliest opportunity was fantastic. Dr Rakshit was my consultant for a period of about two years, confirming my diagnosis of Coeliac's Disease, helping to assess later symptoms, and helping me manage the condition. She performed endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures, and throughout I was treated with great care and respect. She provided excellent care and useful discussions about the condition, which set my mind at ease and put me on the path of a full recovery from my symptoms, and confidence to manage this life-long condition in the future. I can honestly say Dr Rakshit made me feel at ease from the minute i walked through the door , The procedure i had went with out hitch and the followup consultations she went about in a very caring manor, I would recommend Dr Rakshit to any body that has stomach problems, she is with out doubt one of the finest medical professionals i have been in the care of.

Dr Rakshit took the time to explain things very clearly, which was useful in helping my anxiety, unlike other doctors who don't seem to have the time perhaps. I felt she saw me as a person and not just the next patient to get rid of asap. The only reason the review wasn't 5 stars was because I had to wait on one occasion for 15 minutes, nobody's perfect!

I had been suffering for years with bowel problems and in so much pain it was taking over my life. I got referred to dr Rakshit and she was amazing, I can not thank her enough for what she has done for me and I am now pain free ! Very lovely dr who was very understanding and wouldn't rest till she got to the bottom of my problem.

Dr Rakshit has great empathy with her patients and makes you feel very relaxed in her company from the moment that you meet her. She explains everything in detail during consultations, and before and after procedures. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and warmth and she treats her patients with the utmost respect. She has a very calm influence when speaking to her patients and I would readily recommend her to anybody..
