Many tanks for taking the time in your busy schedule to provide a feedback Thank you for raising aspects of your care that went well and areas that could have gone better; this is always appreciated and I aspire to ensure that all your views are taken onboard and improved upon any aspects that could have made your experience even better. I wished l had received all the lab information required earlier than l did as it was important to me to have the full and accurate picture on your child's condition sooner than l did, while l waited for formal confirmation, and thanks for highlighting this. Thank you again for your positive and honest feedback Dr Bayele
