Dr Byng-Maddick was one of the most professional doctors I’ve met and I’ve met a lot. She had read my notes beforehand, listened very carefully, was thoughtful, reassuring and thorough. I have, mentally, felt a different person since seeing her.

I highly recommend Dr Byng-Maddick to anyone requiring an experienced rheumatologist. Her approach to the diagnosis and subsequent recommended treatment is the perfect balance of professionalism and empathy. I found her course of action to be sensible and pragmatic taking into consideration my personal circumstances. Her excellent bedside manner also means that I feel like a real person rather than just another number in a long line of patients.
