Dr Farrant was very helpful as I was greatly concerned with my hair loss problem. He asked questions to find out as much information as possible and took photos which got sent away to a lab. He explained his conclusion on my hair loss, prescribed me medication and advised me to return in 6 months. He also advised me of shampoo I can purchase which may help. A very good experience.

Dr Farrant was very professional when examining me. He explained fully what the problem is, the background to this condition and possible ‘treatments’ available. Dr Farrant answered all my questions in a calm, sympathetic and knowledgeable manner and I felt that he fully supported me.
