He has served in other leadership roles in the Clinical TMS Society as he was the Secretary of the society between 2019 – 2021 and he has been on the Board of Directors since he was elected as director in 2017 (the first British psychiatrist to be elected to this position) and he was re-elected to this position in 2020.

I found Dr Abdelghani very professional and empathetic about those suffering with depression. He explained things very well and did not make promises about the treatment, instead he gave realistic possible outcomes. I was very impressed that he often came into the TMS treatment room to check that the nurses were doing it properly. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the staff.
