Friendly and helpful.
Was very clear in talking me through the blood test results I have had, the next tests that will be taken, and the time frames for the results of those tests. Overall had a very professional manner and put me at ease.
Absolutely brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional and put my mind at rest. Dr Glynn answered all my questions and took the time to explain his diagnosis. Test results communicated very quickly and the door is open for any concerns in the future. I would recommend anyone with gastro issues - which seem to plague me - to see Dr Glynn.
I felt that very relaxed and that he had explained things so I wad easily able to understand.
I felt the doctor was very professional and straightforward. After explaining my symptoms he suggested me to have extra exams and explaining what the exams will be, giving me full details on the process. Very well prepared.
Good Experience. I arrived 15 mins Late. Dr Michael still took time to discuss my symptoms and explain possible next steps
Today was the second time that I had met Dr Glynn. His manner is very pleasant, he explained everything that I required and he did not 'talk down' to me.
In my first consultation, Dr Glynn was very professional and spoke to me about different things that might be causing or contributing to my stomach issues. He was patient and asked about my history and then went through a range of tests and treatments that might be suitable. I felt comfortable in getting the Gasttoscopy done by him.
Dr Glynn always provides crystal clear and in-depth explanations about my situation, which is truly helpful and comforting. He constantly offers options to move forwards with the diagnosis and the subsequent treatment plan which all in all makes the patient feel supported and in good hands.
