Dr Thum listened to us and identified that I had very active NK cells which were causing repeated miscarriages. Without him and his expertise, we wouldn’t be parents. His positivity really helped too, and he was willing to try different things if the original course of action didn’t work.

Dr Thum's expertise was second to none. He made us feel like he would not give up on us, despite our issues being complex. His disappointment after our first fail with the Lister Clinic was clear to see, and he showed such kindness. I believe that if we had not come to the Lister Clinic, and to Dr Thum specifically, we would not have got pregnant and had our baby boy. I would highly recommend Dr Thum to anyone with fertility problems, and will definitely return to him and the Lister Clinic if we try for any future pregnancies.

Wealth of knowledge. Has a great demeanour where he listens and methodically discusses things as if you are a team rather than talking at you like a patient. He has given me very ethical advice, I never feel like I’m a customer in a business where I have felt elsewhere. He is so friendly, approachable and patient.

He is always available when I have queries and explains things very carefully. He is reassuring, whilst remaining realistic.

Dr.Thum always makes time for us even though he is a very busy man. When we have our review consultation he always asks for our opinion & thoughts so we decide a plan together. This makes us feel really involved in our care plan esp when it’s about our IVF Journey. Dr.Thum treats us like friends but still on professional level, we feel well cared for. Thank you Dr.Thum
