Dr Wright is a consultant cardiologist at Guys and St Thomas' NHS Trust and The Cleveland Clinic London. He specialises in the management of patients with atrial fibrillation and atrial tachycardia. He is also an expert in complex cardiac mapping technology and radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. He has over 100 scientific publications and books to his credit, and he is frequently invited to lecture at major international conferences. He also performs 'live" televised atrial fibrillation ablation cases on a regular basis to teach other electrophysiologists.
Dr Wright received his training at University College London after being accepted into the esteemed MB PhD program.
Following clinical cardiology and electrophysiology training he spent two years with Prof. Haissaguerre, Jais, and Hocini at the world-renowned arrhythmia centre in Bordeaux.
Dr Wright is a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society, the Royal College of Physicians and the European Heart Rhythm Association.

Excellent. Only one minor comment. I was not expecting to be awake entering the operating theatre and have so many people there. Also a surprise to have so many hands on me before becoming unconscious. My fault for not looking at the very informative QR codes sent in letter , but not psyched up for it ,maybe good to know verbally.
