Dr Matthew Stride is a Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine at the successful Isokinetic rehabilitation centre in London. Here Dr Stride works with many professional athletes and people suffering from general injuries. He draws on his wide experience to offer patients a prompt and accurate diagnosis and to draw up a bespoke treatment plan for each individual.

Dr Stride understood my injury, frustrations around progress prior to seeing Isokinetic and judged my capabilities before and during treatment. This gave me confidence around expectations and how hard/quickly I could push my treatment.

This man is the best ever! Always come out of his room knowing where I’m going and all my questions answered. Really put my mind to rest and for me that’s really important. He didn’t understood me as a person and knew what I required.
