Dr Kathryn Kissell is a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Parent Coach and Executive Coach. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her work gained through over 10 years of working in the NHS, private sector and workplace settings.

Dr Kissell works with adults and young people (16+ years) experiencing a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety disorders; stress and burnout; low mood and depression; relationship difficulties; work/life challenges; self-esteem struggles; bereavement and loss.

Parent Coaching
In today’s society our children’s mental health can really struggle leaving parents feeling overwhelmed, powerless and out of their depth. The Parent Hope Project is an 8 session, evidence-based parent coaching programme that supports parents in recovering their confidence to be the best resource for their children’s mental health and wellbeing.
Parents may already have a child struggling with mental health and/or social/behavioural symptoms or may be looking to pre-empt any future problems by investing in the creation of a positive home environment. After the initial 8 session course, Dr Kissell offers additional parent coaching sessions as required.
