Whole experience was carried out in a very professional manner.
The whole experience was very simple... the staff at the hospital were very kind and explained everything very well as did Dr Qureshi
Had all my treatment at the Bexhill Hospital, excellent service from all Staff from assessment to surgery.
Polite and friendly gentleman with a manner inspiring confidence in his advice, information and action. Caring attitude throughout consultation and a very capable surgeon who carried out painless Cataract surgery on both my eyes to my entire satisfaction. Very pleased and grateful with the very high standard of care delivered.
Outstanding service. Care and attention second to none. Thank you.
Mr Quereshi, I found very professional and he explained the procedure very well, although I was very nervous he put me at ease and I felt very confident. I am delighted with the result.
Cataract surgery went well. Everything explained well. Although this was my second surgery so knew what to expect. Wasn't keen on the needle in my eye. But that was the only downside. Vision good now. So glad I had it done.
I was dreading the operation as I have a sort of phobia about anything near my eyes. I need not have worried. Everyone in the Department was very friendly and welcoming. Everthing was explained in full detail, and Dr Qureshi gave a running commentary as he performed the operation. I have no worries about having my other eye treated.
Fantastic work on a complicated cataract. The overall care I received was very gentle and reassuring, and the staff made certain to explain everything that was happening in detail. They were also very cheerful as they went about their work.
I have now had both of my cataracts done by Mr Qureshi and I could not have asked for better care from all the staff, both operations were successful. Like most patients I was a bit apprehensive about what was going to happen but Mr Qureshi was calm and re-assuring and explained the whole process clearly. I would defiantly recommend Mr Qureshi for your eye care requirements.
Prompt, efficient and most courteous service at the time of my operation and I was very pleased with post operation assistance when \i was a little unsure with progress. Eager now to proceed with removal of a cataract on my other eye.
I could not fault my experience. Everyone was cheerful and helpful throughout. The procedure was quick and virtually painless.
The complete experience was seamless. All the members of the team were very pleasant and efficient throughout the process. After getting home and removing the patch over my eye I was surprised how much clearer everything was, even after only a few hours since Mr Qureshi had performed the cataract surgery.
Brilliant. Explained everything extremely well, was respectful, calm and efficient- with a nice dash of sense of humour. Would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Qureshi to anyone.
The nursing staff at the clinic were very efficient and explained what every procedure was for i.e. eye drops and then explained the effect on the eye. I felt very comfortable going into the theatre knowing that my procedure would be pain free but I was nervous nonetheless. My right eye was done first, a very strange but painless procedure and the result was amazing. When the left eye was done several weeks later I was less nervous and again felt comfortable. However the procedure was slightly different as I had an injection into my eye which I was not expecting and found it to be quite stressful. The second eye took considerably longer to recover but the result was as the first eye and I now have no need to wear glasses except for reading. I would certainly advise anyone to have the procedure done as it takes only a very short while and the results are worth any temporary discomfort.
The operation went smoothly and Mr Qureshi explained what he was doing as he went along. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the drops, which took a fortnight to resolve itself, but his advice was good and helped me to heal. I hope he is the one who will do my other eye in due course.
I attended Mr Quereshi Eye clinic in mid December 2019 where he and his staff efficiently replaced the lens in my right eye due to vision problems. The whole procedure only took 20-30 minutes including having the eye numbed in the theatre. I then had a period of time where I had to bathe my eye to keep infection to a minimum. I was actually booked to have my left eye done in March 2020 but due to a bletheritus infection this had to be put on hold and I now have to re-book once the corona virus situation allows it. Overall an efficient service by Mr Quereshi and his staff.
Excellent in all respects. No post operation complications.Thoroughly recommended.
Pleased with how speedy the operation was, with no complications. Massive improvement of the sight in the operated eye. Can't wait to get the other one done now!
I would to say a big thank you for the care received as a very apprehensive patient. At all times I was reassured and I am hoping that I will be able to have a second cataract surgery when things improve in the country.A very big thank you to all in the team.Being in the NHS is not an easy task at any time and each one plays a very important part in the team approach Well done
Very smooth, and quick operation.
As a very scared patient, I was put completely at ease, the procedure was absolutely unbelievable. Within thirty minutes it was done. The staff from the bookings to the preparation are second to none, as is the surgery. I have now been given renewed vision. My sincere thanks to you all. T. Carver.
Good explanation and very professional treatment.
Excellent service replacing both caterracts. Can now read Only Connect wall . Still can't solve it
Have worn glasses since I was five, seventy odd years ago. After cataract surgery and having lens implants in both eyes can see perfectly, Thanks to Mr Kashif Qureshi and staff at Bexhill Hospital.
I have always found Mr Qureshi to be clear and concise and easy to understand in describing my condition and the outcome both good and bad.
Excellent doctor calm and professional
As someone who is 'Hospital Phobic' Mr Qureshi fully explained the procedure, and put me at ease both before, during and after the surgery. On the subsequent check-up visit he really removed any further concerns I had about my cataract surgery, and put my mind at rest.
The whole experience was very easy. Everything was clearly explained from the first consultation in Tenterden opticians to my follow-up appointments. The first eye operation was so good I opted to go for the other eye very soon after the first. I now have near 20:20 vision for the first time in my life.
A painless solution to an annoying Weiss ring floater. Perfect result means clearer vision.
Happy with the success of the treatment for removal of floaters in the right eye
Mr Qureshi has helped both me and my husband through various eye problems and operations. From the start we felt confident and understood the procedures involved. He is utterly professional and has a great friendly manner.
Very helpful and explains situation clearly
