Dear Dr Menakaya, My family and I wanted to thank you for your utmost care of our 16 year old daughter and for the kindness that you have shown her from initial meeting and consistently so throughout all of her treatment. It is incredibly heartwarming to have a medical professional speak and engage with her and ourselves to ensure that she understood and was involved in her treatment at every stage. Attention to detail, compassionate and individualised are some of the stand-out qualities that define the care delivered by Dr. Menakaya. I was referred to him a few weeks prior to the delivery of my daughter during a pregnancy which was considered high risk. His warm, gentle nature quickly put me at ease! He was both attentive and responsive to my concerns and I felt that my experiences and expectations were held in high regard. My husband and I were engaged at every level of decision-making, which resulted in the development of a care plan that reflected our unique circumstances and expectations. He closely followed us up after our baby was born and he has always been available for a quick phone consult which made the first few weeks of parenting a lot less terrifying! It is particularly very comforting to access in-office appointments as needed in the midst of a pandemic. Baby's growth and development is closely tracked, her vaccinations are on schedule and we always get nifty parenting tips and tricks that actually work! We have had a seamless care experience and we intend to keep him on as our family paediatrician. I cannot recommend Dr. Menakaya enough!

Dr. Jideofor is the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly Paediatrician I have taken my son to see. The best part is the consistency, he operates at this level every time we have been to see him and this gives me a lot of confidence as I know what to expect when we have an appointment to see him.
