“Dr Singer was fantastic and we would trust him absolutely with our child's health. We sought his advice on some concerning symptoms, following what emerged to be NHS misdiagnosis (which could have ultimately been extremely dangerous) - he saw us that day, immediately identified the real issue, supported us with the right plan for urgent medication, and enabled us to get our son better quickly. It isn't an exaggeration to say he could have saved our child's life. His manner was excellent and we felt as if we were in very safe hands throughout.“

Dr. Singer is professional, knowledgeable, attentive and responded to all our questions. His office is a welcoming environment for our twin boys to play and be distracted all while being looked after. We highly recommend him. After spending several months going back and forth from GP with no real answers why our little one was suffering from persistent coughing without fever, we found Dr. Singer thru our insurance, he narrowed it down after the first consultation with the blood results showing iron deficiency, little one started treatment right away and coughing sorted within weeks.

After a year of chronic tonsillitis , ear infections, 6 courses of antibiotics (none of which worked) , numerous visits (almost weekly) to the GP & A&E (my son’s throat was severely swollen on many occasions and he was struggling to eat or swallow for days at times) we decided to take my 2 year old son to see Dr Singer. My only regret was not seeing him sooner. Dr Singer to date has been the only doctor to prescribe my son an antibiotic that actually worked. The last doctor we saw prior to seeing Dr Singer said to me , my sons illness is one of those things that can happen , can be ongoing and for some kids it’s worse than others but we have to accept and just have to learn to live with. I’m so glad I followed my gut to take my son to see Dr Singer and honestly I can say for the first time in many months I have a happy healthy toddler who is no longer in pain with severe ear & throat infection. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Dr Singer, he is the best!!!!

We have been to Dr. Singer twice now for my son. The first time during lockdown where he diagnosed my sons issue over the phone and within 7 days of the medicine prescribed, my son was 100% perfect. The NHS could not solve the issue over 2 years, Dr. Singer did it over 1 consult! We have just been to see him face to face today (28 Jan 2022) and could not be happier with the diagnosis and bed side manner of Dr. Singer. As much as I appreciate and think the NHS is amazing, for my son, we will only be using Dr. Singer from now on.

We are so pleased with the appointments and treatment we received from Dr. Jack D Singer for my 6-year-old daughter. Our appointments were on time and any tests, scans that were needed were arranged very fast. Dr Singer was so friendly towards my daughter she felt so relaxed and even enjoyed her visit being able to play with the toys and relax whilst Dr Singer spoke with us. My daughter is much healthier and happier after being treated and seen by Dr Singer. I would recommend Dr Singer to anyone needing a pediatrician!
