Miss Arshad is exceptional. My hip replacement was very neatly done - the scar is miniman and hardly visible, and the healing process was quick. The aftercare was thorough, honest and gentle. I particularly like her explanations, her real concerns with all matters raised by me, whether they be large or small; there is no dismissal and instead there is always an offer of help, or advice. Miss Arshad really knows her stuff, and is ready to share her post op experience (eg patients who don't exercise through the pain, but find a different exercise, do better in the long run) in a warm, honest and empathetic manner. I won't go anywhere else for my next hip!
