I rated explanation 4 out of 5 because, while the explanation was good and thorough, sometimes technical terms were used which were sometimes difficult to understand. Everything else about the service was excellent. The surgery was very well done as were the diagnosis beforehand and follow-up actions. I wouldn't hesitate to recomment Mr Colaço to friends and famly, I would also seek him out if I needed help in the future. I was really, really happy with the result of my procedure.
