Helene Menage was very good

Professional and efficient - and kept me informed thought the procedure exactly what she was doing and what I would be feeling.

Dr Menagé is old fashioned in her approach, lacking in empathy, did not explain anything to me and her bedside manner is appalling. Please avoid.

Dr du P Menagé comes across as an absolute specialist in her field - helping the patient feel relaxed and fully understand the consultation process. Truly excellent. No nonsense approach to procedures.

Dr Menage has a very sympathetic manner but remains thoroughly professional throughout. She talked to me throughout the whole procedure explaining clearly what she was doing at all times and fully preparing me beforehand. I felt looked after and I had complete confidence in her skill and expertise.

It's always such a pleasant experience with Dr. Menage. She has such an excellent bedside manner and fully explains everything. I have had dry skins issues since I was a child, which always tend to get worse in the winter. She has been so good at not only treating my immediate skin concerns, but also providing long term and preventative solutions that have helped tremendously. I wouldn't go to any other skin doctor ever again. She always makes sure to make time for me when I really need assistance.

So kind and informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend her and feel safe in her hands. I feel I learnt a lot in two meetings about the world of the skin and what lies underneath it! Many thanks indeed.
