Once the Dr. realized I was not going to do the extra overpriced tests he simply stopped caring. I've been waiting for a week for his summary, which includes a referral for a CT scan following a head injury, meaning it is urgent. IS THIS WHAT I PAID 250 POUNDS FOR???

Efficient - informative - professional- charming

I was a little late being seen (20 mins) I was spoken to regarding my symptoms and then taken through to the examination room where I was given treatment. This was a very 'uncomfortable' experience but apparently necessary. At the end of this, my symptoms had improved to the point that I believed my appointment and the discomfort involved had been worthwhile. I was then given a prescription and asked to wait in the reception area where after a further 15 minutes this was given to me together with my invoice. I was informed that I was to administer drops to my ear during the day as directed which I did, however since doing so I now find that the level of hearing in my ear has reduced and I appear to be back in the same situation that I was in before I went through the treatment. This is a shame as this was a particularly expensive '30 minutes' at just under £600.
