Gerard carried out the diagnosis quickly and recommended the cauterisation treatment which he carried out on the same day. I also performed an allergy test and found that I was allergic to one of the allergens and got some medication. I was very impressed with his professionalism and experience. I highly recommend Gerard.

Mr. Brookes received me very warmly and listened carefully to my account of my problems. He explained patiently and organised a number of tests very swiftly, coming to a relatively positive conclusion , regarding the potential improvement of my hearing , via a course of medication, initially. Mr Brooke’s has a very pleasant, welcoming nature and introduced himself and was very reassuring. He described the procedure that I was about to receive very thoroughly and then undertook the process of photographing my vocal cords and talked me again through each step.
