He showed courtesy towards me. Very direct and straight to the point, finding out what was wrong with me before explaining what treatment he will give me. Then straight to the chair, discussing with me the step he will take before providing the care.

Gerard carried out the diagnosis quickly and recommended the cauterisation treatment which he carried out on the same day. I also performed an allergy test and found that I was allergic to one of the allergens and got some medication. I was very impressed with his professionalism and experience. I highly recommend Gerard.

Mr. Brookes received me very warmly and listened carefully to my account of my problems. He explained patiently and organised a number of tests very swiftly, coming to a relatively positive conclusion , regarding the potential improvement of my hearing , via a course of medication, initially. Mr . Brookes very kindly did not charge me for one of the tests. I am very grateful. The whole experience was very pleasant and left me with a feeling of hope.
