Dr Mittal herself is good. She is friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately for both of us, it was a bit of a wasted journey. It was a long way to go to be told that the information I'd been provided by another consultant was incorrect. I wish the system wasn't so ridiculously tied and Dr Mittal had the right to refer her own patients to her clinic, because I have been struggling for years with my health condition now and if the system was better supported, then I may have been able to access the support quicker. She advised me that I'm doing as much as possible to support my health condition, so that was good to have been told that there's nothing else I'm missing.

Unhelpful, rude totally incompetent and a waste of time and money.

Dr Mittal was very pleasant and thorough in her first consultation, and and sent me for blood tests and MRI. When returning for follow up, the results were all clear, so I left feeling unsure what to do next regarding ongoing pain.

Very thorough & considered. Clearly an experienced Doctor. She is cautious & is considering various options for my medication taking into account the complications of my age & medical history.

Dr Mittal was kind and sensitive, she took time with me to really understand the complexity of my history and gave a thorough examination and diagnosis. Being able to access such a knowledgeable specialist was vital to receiving a understanding of my condition.

Dr Mittal is an incredibly professional and knowledgeable EDS specialist. Having had little useful support from my NHS rheumatology doctors in Norfolk we decided to schedule an appointment with her. I was impressed with how thorough, methodical and kind she was. I have already recommended her to others.
