I booked an initial consultation and surgery with Dr Faisal Ali, and I take great pleasure in saying it was a seamless experience from beginning to end. Dr Ali was extremely professional, understanding and took the time to explain the probability of the risks of my treatment, along with the possible outcomes. Dr Ali always makes me very comfortable during our appointments, especially as I was quite nervous when I first started seeing him. His explanations are very clear and concise, and the treatment suggested (roaccutane) has worked very well and cleared up my acne. Alongside this, Dr Ali will always respond in a timely manner to any queries I have regarding treatment/side effects and is very accommodating for appointments.

Dr Ali has provided fantastic advice and helped me in clearing my skin, which has improved my self confidence massively. His approachable and friendly manner creates a really comfortable and calm environment.
