I found Dr. Russo to be highly professional. I had an endoscopy without a sedative (because I was newly pregnant). Although it was uncomfortable, Dr Russo and his team made the whole process seamless and painless. They did a great job. His positive attitude makes things easier to accept and understand. I would definitely recommend him.

In the first consultation, Dr Russo was very kind and took his time to explain potential causes for my symptoms. He recommended a few scans and an endoscopy to determine the root cause of the symptoms. Once at the hospital/ clinic, he was very reassuring and confident. The results were clearly communicated and the right medicine was prescribed for a specific duration. He also explained why it's only taken during this duration and how I should come off the meds. He's brilliant, he takes his time to answer any questions no matter how silly it is. I recommend Dr Russo any time!

Dr Russo was very professional. Although multiple members from his team had already seen me and prepared me from my procedure, he visited me prior to my endoscopy to explain everything. He really spent time to answer all of my questions and to make me feel comfortable and safe. During the procedure he was explaining his findings in real time which was reassuring. The procedure I underwent under his care was beyond painless, was amazingly comfortable. After the procedure he assured that I was safe for discharge and that I had understood well all of his advices and that I knew what to expect. My overall experience is that dr Russo is an exceptional doctor and I would definitely recommend him for his professionalism, his endoscopic expertise and his unique communication skills. I would certainly revisit dr Russo and seek for his consultation if I need a gastroenterology review in the future.
