Many thanks for yesterday's consultation. Prone to anxiety as I am when faced with any medical situation, I appreciated Mr Westcott's friendly, empathetic approach - and not least, of course, the feeling that I can completely trust him to look after me.

Mr Edward Westcott has exceeded expectations in every possible way. Despite his long hours and extreme busyness, I have always felt like he has put my wellbeing first and he has even offered to answer the phone in the middle of the night and be woken up when I was feeling unwell. His bedside manner is exceptional; I have always felt reassured with all my concerns and when I was an in-patient he came to see me at least once a day, even at the end of a very long day in theatre. I will always be grateful to him for how he has taken care of me, and would strongly recommend him to anyone. Thank you again, Mr Westcott!

From my initial consultation to final discharge from hospital and follow up Mr Westcott was excellent. His explanations of diagnosis and procedures were comprehensive and he made sure that I understood all. His comforting manner was such a relief to me at a very anxious time for me. His surgical skills are obviously excellent. Thank goodness I found Mr Westcott.

Very smiley and welcoming, made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease about my procedure. Explained hints clearly and I was able to contact him at anytime re: concerns or questions. Excellent beside manner with a lovely touch of humour to our a smile on my face even when I was in pain! Thank you, you were amazing. 😊

Mr Westcott was absolutely delightful and incredibly kind and patient .. he went to great lengths to describe my oncoming surgery and did everything to reassure me every step of the way to give me the confidence that I greatly needed .. I am so pleased and grateful that I had a positive experience under his care

I was fairly nervous about the whole experience, but Mr Westcott and his team managed the whole process so calmly and professionally that I felt very well looked after. I was able to relax, trust his advice and just deal with everything on a day by day basis. He and his team were incredibly patient and helpful with any questions I had and the whole experience was a lot less daunting than I had expected. I would highly recommend Mr. Westcott and his team.
