Had initial virtual (zoom) appointment and was very easy. Dr Heaton was very pleasant and explained procedure in easy to understand language. I asked a couple of questions which he answered fully and comprehensively. Now waiting to be booked in for the procedure. So far, happily recommend Dr Heaton.
