Dr Charles Stewart is a Consultant Paediatrician providing services for a fully comprehensive range of conditions in children from birth up to 16 years of age. These conditions include the following: reflux, constipation, wheezing, headaches, reflux, rashes and feeding problems as well as sports-related conditions and all acute and infectious conditions.
Dr Stewart completed his medical degree at the University of Wales in 1997 and won the prize for Paediatrics and was selected first for the All Wales Training Scheme. His specialist training in paediatrics gained his experience across several medical specialties, including general paediatrics, intensive care, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, sports & exercise medicine and renal medicine. He later completed a fellowship at the internationally renowned Toronto Hospital for Sick Children, Canada as well as a fellowship at Westmead Children's Hospital in Sydney, Australia.
He is a Consultant at the Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust and also sees patients privately at Cromwell Hospital. At his NHS Trust, Dr Stewart is the Service Director for Paediatric Emergency. Alongside his clinical work, he teaches undergraduate students and is a Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London. Dr Stewart is also an instructor for simulation and resuscitation.
He has published widely in his field of expertise, including on paediatric gastroenterology, bronchiolitis and diabetes.
