As a particularly anxious/sensitive patient, Dr Gordon made me feel very at ease through his explanations in clinic and his bedside manner in general. I was made to feel very at ease before both procedures that he has undertaken for me, and he came to talk to me personally after both. Occasionally I have asked for additional phone calls to follow up on things that I thought of subsequent to our appointments, and he always called me back when I asked for this (arranged through his admin team). Reports and communication by letter were always thorough and prompt. Thank you so much for your care and your support of me.
