Dr Ben Piper is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society. He works privately at the iRise Psychology clinic, where he is the clinical lead. Dr Piper offers short and long-term therapies drawing on both cognitive behavioural (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches, in addition to a number of group therapy options for specific disorders.Â
Dr Piper's therapeutic approach involves integrative methods relying on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, schema therapy and compassion focused therapy.Â
His vast experience as a full time therapist for over 9 years is reflected in his therapeutic style, which is adapted to best meet the individual needs of each client. He also has extensive expertise working within a short-term/time-limited model. Â
