Dr Forbes listens, assess and explains clearly and concisely

Anna is the angel sent to save me. I first saw Dr Anna in Feb 22 for RA and FM and it was the best thing I have ever done in my life. Initally diet changes and then I was then put on MIT after blood test, amazingly the pain start to go after just 2 weeks of starting treatment. After 15 years on being near bed bound I was able to start getting on again, Anna has supported me since then with everything that has shown up that were masked by the RA and FM symptons and more. I didn't relize how bad I actually was and how much that was wrong could be sorted, I've run out of fingers to count what Anna has done for me. Anna is so knowledgeable and allways goes beyond expectations. I had trouble with damage to my hip from a fall and Anna suggested a treatment which didn't go as expected. Anna took it upon herself to figure out that I have EMHS/EHS from this. I've had it all my life and never even heard of it but now with the knowledge of what it is I can now moderate it a lot beter. Now I'm up and about and getting on as a 20 year younger me, I've lost 4 to 6 inches off my waist, gained a little weight that I needed and mussle tone. Life around me has also improved as now my partner can get on with her life instead of being my carer. I'm able to help our children with things that I couldn't have with RA, even an engine replacement saving one son thousands. I'm able to work on my own cars again once again saving me thousands over the last year. I can take better care of and do more with my dogs, 5k cross country walks are now possible again. Dr Anna has literally saved me from festering away in bed for the rest of my life, and turned me around to be one of the healthiest for my age. So to sum up, RA, FM, Imflamed stomach, EMHS/EHS, Battery mouth, Leaky sinus, and at least 3 other problems all sorted in under 18 months. I will never be able to show my full appreciation for what you have done for me and the support given, you truely are an angel in disquise.

Anna is an outstanding clinician. Her knowledge spreads beyond that which you would expect even for an integrative doctor - she explores how all aspects of the self can contribute to wellness. Physical, spiritual and emotional. I am incredibly grateful that I found Dr. Forbes and hopefully will continue to work with her for years to come.

My son developed eczema when he was 2 years old, which eventually got fairly severe. We saw multiple doctors and dermatologists, but the only solution they could offer was topical steroids which we did not want to use. Knowing his condition required addressing the root cause, we sought help from Dr. Forbes. She helped guide us and provided a treatment plan that resulted in clear skin. Absolute miricle worker. 15 years of pain from RA and I'm now a totally different person, Anna initally helped with diet and crainotherpy which both really helped. Now I have started MIT treatment and it has totally transformed me with in weeks, I now walk straight, use my hands and have no pain in my joints. This has been life changing for me and I am now able to do things that I haven't been able to do in all these years. It's still early days as such for me as I'm only 7 weeks into the 8month course but feeling better every day. Anyone suffering you need to see this lovley Lady.

I was very happy of my experience with Dr Forbes. She was able to pretty much include everything in the report after our first visit, as well as follow-up with further enlightening suggestions. I do recommend her, she is a real sympathetic and knowledgeable doctor taking care of patients in the way all doctors should! I am very grateful to her, my health is better.

The Dr has been so kind and generous towards myself and my special needs sister. She has helped with my sisters stomach problems and even went out of her way to help us. She does not only make you feel like you're a special patient but also like you are part of a caring family. She is a Dr I hope to have as part of my sisters life moving forward.
