I have acute anxiety over medical issues resulting from negative familial issues as a child and young person so my ECG results were very worrying. My consultant and Anaesthetist showed my results to Dr Jain who was reassuring, gave a clear explanation and telephoned 5 minutes before the appropriate time, so I wasn't waiting for a long overdue call. Your website needs to be altered for Telephone consultations as I couldn't comment on his Bedside manner but Dr Jain's tone of voice was clear calm and empathetic.
