I was in agony and he saw me at very short notice, sent me immediately for tests and once the diagnosis was confirmed, he referred me immediately to a surgeon. This all took place in less than 60 minutes, I can highly recommend him, approachable, thorough and very personable.

Dr. Peter Irving was very understanding of my health condition, and I do not regret coming to the center in London to meet him. He made me feel that all things are easy and can be solved, but with deliberation and patience. He was also always smiling and giving a lot of time to talk. He was a good listener and knew the patient and his illness at first sight, and all his questions were easyto answer them. He always uses the easy English language to understand him. He also cares about the patient's psychological condition and likes to know how the patient feels in order to give him the best solutions.

Dr Irving was very understanding and empathetic and took the time to answer all my questions and did not make me feel like we had to rush the conversation. He laid out a clear set of follow on actions and has followed through with these very quickly. His mannerism made me feel comfortable and safe and I felt that I was in the care of very capable hands.

It came across, both at the colonoscopy and at the consultation the following week, that the consultant was in too much of a hurry to accomplish all that had to be done and to explain all that had to be explained.
5
Always very informative with clear explanations and very helpful.
