Dr Paul D Jackson is a Consultant specialising in Sports and Exercise Medicine with over 25 years of clinical experience of treating recreational exercisers and high performance athletes.

Dr Jackson first qualified in Medicine in 1982 from the University of London and undertook specialist postgraduate medical training. Following this, he completed a Diploma in Sports Medicine in 1992 and was the first Fellow of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (UK) when it was established in 2006.

He works with many international sports teams and GB Olympic teams. Dr Jackson was involved in organising the athlete medical services for the London 2012 Olympic Games and has worked with athletes from more than 20 different sports including working as team doctor for the England Cricket team, the GB Davis Cup Tennis team, the England Rugby 7s team, and the GB Olympic teams for Bobsleigh, Skeleton and Modern Pentathlon. His is the former Head of Sports Medicine at British Tennis (LTA).

Over 25 years he had developed an excellent working relationship with top MSK radiologists, surgeons and physiotherapists to deliver the best treatments and rehabilitation for his patients. Between 2015 and 2018 he was the President of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (UK) and currently holds the position of Deputy National Medical Director at the English Institute of Sport (EIS) and is on the International Federation Medical Committees for Bobsleigh and Skeleton and Modern Pentathlon.
