Dr Laurence Baum graduated from the Royal Dental Hospital, London in 1979. Following qualification he worked at both the Royal Dental and St Georges Hospitals in London in their oral surgery departments where he developed an interest and expertise in surgical dentistry and intravenous sedation.

He set up the North Finchley Dental Practice in 1984 and has since been committed to providing high-quality dentistry to families in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. For the last 25 years Laurence has been offering intravenous sedation for patients who require it for their treatment and he has built up a solid reputation for treating nervous patients. Fifteen years ago he trained in implant placement and restoration and has since attended many implant-related courses both in England and abroad, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced implant treatment available. During this time, he has developed a great deal of experience in this field and places implants for a number of practices in and around London.

He is dedicated to providing a high standard of dentistry in a truly relaxed atmosphere, and is a Dental Phobia Certified Dentist.
