Kamila was kind friendly and immediately understood my issue. Despite the fact she had fitted me in to what was clearly a very busy Friday afternoon I didn’t feel rushed or that it was an inconvenience. She explained what she was going to do and that it would be a permanent solution rather than the temporary fix I had anticipated. She took time to check that I was happy with the treatment. I was relieved and delighted with the result.
