"Everyone I met was efficient, friendly, professional and not rushed" "I visited for ‘flu vaccination. Difficulty in finding the clinic. I found a dentist and thought I would go in and ask them if they knew where the GP clinic was. It is in the basement of the dentist. The only sign I saw was a small sign on a sidewall in the Dentist waiting room. Nothing outside. The dental receptionist promptly called the GP Clinic. The doctor’s receptionist came straight away, noticed my limited mobility and escorted me to the clinic via the lift. The clinic is pleasant, clean, cheerful, calm and comfortable. Everyone I met was efficient, friendly, professional and not rushed. I would not hesitate to use this clinic in future and strongly recommend it. We took our week old daughter in to have her bcg. The clinic was easy to park by, very clean with friendly staff. We were able to get an appointment quickly....would definitely recommend and use again in the future

It's a quick and accurate diagnosis. Doctors did this by simple observation, very professionally indeed. Then I was given prescription. Very professional and user friendly. Strongly recommended

My daughter is 6 months and I wanted to get her BCG. I phoned all private and local GP and no one provided this in my area. Not only did they provide this but I managed to get an appointment the next day. The doctor was friendly, informative and professional and the reception staff were so lovely with me and my daughter it was such a breathe or fresh air! The only issue I had was finding the clinic from there on I cannot rate this clinic high enough. They responded to emails in the evening and accommodated to my needs and times. They were so friendly and personable and would 100% recommend and use again!

I had an ear infection which had caused the side of my face to swell and become very sensitive. The doctor prescribed antibiotics which have reduced both the swelling and the pain. I chose this clinic because it was close to where I live and because I knew I would be able to get an appointment straightaway. The staff/doctor were friendly and helpful. I would be very happy to use this service again

I would have had to wait over seven weeks for a NHS diagnosis of a suspicious mole which I found on my scalp. I was worried that it might be a melanoma as a photograph on the Cancer Research UK pamphlet "Detecting skin cancer - spot the symptoms early" looked exactly the same. Also , my father had skin cancer just before he died. Going to this private clinic put my mind at rest quickly. An appointment was made with the clinic for the following day. I was made to feel welcome and had to wait only a few minutes before I saw the doctor. She gave my mole a very thorough check and reassured me that it was benign. She also offered me the option of a further tele-diagnosis with a consultant dermatologist for which she took photographs. The result was sent to me via e-mail within 2 days. I feel that it was money well spent

Returned from holiday in Cuba and Colombia feeling unwell with headaches and stomach pain. Doctor checked me out and ran blood tests. Results were available same day and antibiotics prescribed. Put my mind at rest. Excellent clinic, very welcoming and professional.
