My mother had pressure in her ear for weeks whilst on our trip to Europe which bothered her constantly. We noticed the clinic on our way to the Metro, walked in and 20 mins later, complete relief. The doctor is kind, gentle and a complete professional. Excellent all the way around.

Dr. Kizilates and Dr. Gurpreet were both very informative and had no problem answering any of my questions or printing/signing my forms for me. They gave me advice and tips and I was in and out very quickly without feeling rushed. All the staff were very friendly and helped me feel at ease, talking to me whilst giving my jabs which really helps! They administered my vaccinations and blood tests very quickly and in a calm manner which makes it a whole lot easier. The jabs and tests were virtually all pain free! The results were also very fast. I could not find any fault. Both receptionists I saw were very friendly and happy to help. Any forms/receipts/questions I had they were more than happy to help me with. I really like how you can walk in but also book. They were the only clinic I could find near(ish) me that did Mantoux and BCG without having to go in one day a month between silly hours! The cheapest for Mantoux and BCG I could find too! Thanks so much Samedaydoctor. I will definitely be back when I need boosters!

BCG for my daughter who is 22 months old. Best doctor ever! It was the 1st time my daughter doesn't cry when having an injection. You're the best Dr.!

I am traveling to Australia and needed to have a Whooping cough injection as my daughter will give birth soon and the medical authorities in Australia recommend anyone coming into contact with the newborn be inoculated against the virus. Having explored the NHS, spoke with my GP and searched the internet, realized that there was no other option than to travel to London. The clinic was very helpful, checked the availability of the drug and arranged an appointment to suit me. It is a little hard to find if you are not familiar with Docklands and there are no street names to help. However, the instructions from the clinic were very clear, although do try and come out of the right exit at South Quay. The clinic provided fab coffee and was very helpful when I asked if there was a lift to avoid the steep stairs. If you have mobility problems the staircase could be a major problem.

I visited the clinic after a severe allergic reaction. The doctor was very helpful in explaining what happened, reassuring me and making sure I understood what to do to stay safe until I see the allergy consultant.
