Dr Matthey recently saw my 80-year old Mother for enlarged red blood cells which had us worried. Dr Matthey was brilliant from start to finish. First he handles all communications himself via email so there is no secretary involved which makes it all very very efficient. He was incredibly caring, reassuring and in close communication with me throughout and I knew we were in total safe hands. Everything he did he explained thoroughly and transparently, even down to how much he billed our insurer! His clinic letter is detailed, easy to understand and no nonsense. He is incredibly approachable and explains everything and is very reassuring - all that you want in a doctor especially when you worry about your mum. Thank you so much Dr Matthey and I say this nicely - I hope we don't see you again!!
