Dr Maalouf is a wonderful doctor who we have known for many years, he listens to our concerns and always gives our children a thorough examination, he provides excellent care and advice, he has always been available with any after care issues we may have and answers our questions, he always gets straight to the point and has always looked after our children, if I have any concerns he is the first choice doctor we come to.

I was very disappointed to be totally rushed in my appointment with a nurse called in to wheel my babies buggy out of the room before I had even put her shoes on. We were in the consultation for less than 10 minutes.
I am extremely sorry if you feel you were rushed through your appointment. At times I am covering the inpatients and intensive care unit at the Portland Hospital as well as running the outpatient clinic. Occasionally I am called to attend an emergency situation in the hospital. A classic example was my clinic on Friday 12th October, 2018. I will never rush a patient unless I am certain of my diagnosis and management plan and only in a situation when I am urgently required in the hospital. All of my patients know that I am contactable by email and that I always respond to their concerns and queries promptly. My kids have been going to Dr. Maalouf since they were born (8+ years ago). I have continually been impressed with the responsiveness of he & his team, as well as his bedside manner. I also feel that Dr. Maalouf works with our family & schedules when deciding the correct course of treatment. I have recommended him to all of my friends who have moved into London.
